This loudspeaker works like a powerful human speech system.

Signal source at left is microphone input which operates a quick acting air valve at narrow neck of a tube.  Large box at middle bottom is compressed air supply which escapes with the vibrations of the quick acting air valve and out the acoustic shaped air horn at the top.

This signal cannot be jammed and be used to issue battle commands,  for Civil Defense, or psychological messages to enemy troops.
