Dodgy kit from ebay

Got this kit on eBay to be powered by a single AAA cell (don't know the exact values of the npn. I don't know how to use that function on my multimeter yet)

YX8115 is not just a simple NPN transistor, its a complete LED boost or buck driver, havn't found non chinese documentation, but you cant simulate it here with a BJT transistor only. Inside this chip are probably 20more transistors.
