What did you wanted to do exactly? Note that in this circuit as it is, the 820 ohm resistor doesnt serve to anything and can be replaced by a wire, because there will be no current throug it -> perfect voltage amplifier have infinite input impedances.

function generator, square triangle and sine at the second op amp output this is based off a schematic i found off electrobooms video i just wanted to see why mine wasnt working irl

The square wave needs a kickstart with the button, which I'm not sure if it is required irl or if just turning on the power will be enough. EC doesn't seem to like running op amps without a + and - supply, but it's easier to do in real life and you just need to connect the "ground" at half the supply voltage.
