It's a 1 "one and zero bit" CMOS memory. SPST Switch----memory import SPDT Switch---"1" or a "0" input

Sorry bud, but this isn't CMOS. CMOS is for Complimentary Metal Oxide Semiconductor. While you do have NPN BJTs, and a P-Channel MOSFET in the circuit, that's not exactly what they mean by "complimentary". Moreover, CMOS circuitry is inherently efficient, and draws very little current. With the enable switch (SPST) high, and the data switch (SPDT) low, this things draws over 4 amps. If every bit of memory drew 4A, the device you're holding in your hand wouldn't exist.

I'm sorry, you are right. Lol. I'm not thinking. CMOS is at least one N-Channel, and one P-channel. I'm just thinking how it stores its memory, MOSFET memory.

Been looking for a basic memory cell to study. Thank you!
