Ok blinky lovers, here's a fun one! This little circuit seems simple enough at a glance, and it is- but there's much to be learned here. For example:  stare long enough at a droplet of water and you too might begin to theorize concepts of say, light diffraction or molecular cohesion. Study this circuit and become aware of waveform generation, transistor switching, comparators and voltage division. Heh, learning is cool...
