Spot Welding circuit

a transformer has 2 coils. First one has 1000 turns of coils and the secondary coil has only 2 , which requires this coil to be very tick at least 1cm. In the first coil the voltage is very high, however, current is very low. In the secondary coil the voltage is very low and the current is very high. As the current passes through metal surfaces it heats it up and we use this heat for welding. There is no welding point here but ı put a switch where it is supposed to be. Another thing about this circuit is that it has AC current. This is not good enough for welding. You can use a rectifier for welding. That will make it better and you wont lose any heat or current. I didnt add it here because the software goes insane. In the electrode part you better use a copper piece with a pointed edge.

Your secondary actually has only one turn. Why is your load a capacitor?

Transformer "turns" in EC are not just absolut turns, even if they are called so. See it like a ratio of turns. Together with primary 1000turns:1turn turn(s) cancles mathematical out. Anyway, a single turn transformer winding is not uncommon for ultrahigh current transformer

Or see it the way around and think about how a current clamp DMM works just a pass through a loop/sensor.

Is the software going insane in DC perhaps because it's running at 50kHz at 100A?

There is more wrong, but not the software. http://everycircuit.com/circuit/6633272169988096

Ah Ok - thanks hurz.

Guys. I have just seen you buried me alive in my grave now. I know ı am not professional in electronics. I have just started doing projects, just a few months. And trust me when it comes to math ı have no idea and ı am sure you can read it all over me. My question while ı was working on this spot welding circuit was that when ı tried to make some measurement, this software continually gives me the warning that " it can not find a solution" 50 khz or 1 khz or less. I tried slowing the time down. Reducing frequency nothing worked so this circuit has been left as it is. Couldnt make any improvement. Maybe there is something ı dont know with the software. It has been a while now and ı dont remember what ı wanted to do and couldnt but ı guess it was about the turns in the coils and the frequency. Thanks for the comments anyway. I ve just tried to make some more changes abut ı got the same warning.
