Its not working,, for start... The relay setup is not quite tight,, {the EC relay is set uo for 5V),, ,, the diode across relay, very good idea.... Transistor biasing is incomplete,, the switch leaves the base glying into space...

{Must release voltage} in relay setup menu.... Should be set to ( 1/2)+1,, . For your circuit 12+1=13v..
