Solid sate transformer

Using two  diodes and two zena diodes we can transform a 240v 50 hz to a 18 v DC.
It all seems pretty stadle i will try building a real one and see how it gose.

You only have 1 v ac at 240v output is 20v dc

Thanks for the heads up. I really need to put a poily cap at the out put to smooth it better but everycircuit dose not seem to have them.

Look up your capacitor's "equivalent circuit".
