Read\write at bottom. Voltage meters are on your and ~vout effective. Flip one of the vout switches to source and then read/write switch. After value is stored, flip read/write off. This will program the cell. To read flip both sources to ground and turn on read write switch. Current flow would then trigger bit registry on bit registry circuit for read.
