30v Power Supply:

2-stage Filter -> Shunt Regulator -> Voltage Divider (Variable, tapped Potentiometer)
Both voltage and current can be controlled in this power supply.
If you want to increase or decrease the maximum voltage output, you can do so by modifying the transformer turn ratio and the regulator, filter capacitor and filter resistor values. This would also modifiy the current output (Amps).
