AVR Mikrocontroller (ATtiny85) have issues if Vcc is rising to slow (#EnergyHarvesting startup from Vcc=0V only with 10uA and without any backup battery) I simulate that and have a solution. The Diodes + 200k are the fake AVR in Powerdown Sleep Mode with Watchdog Timer. The pnp/npn BJTs are the Trigger Circuit for Vcc. The 30uF Elko get charge from the Energy source 10uA 3.6V. The 10nF is the standard Vcc blocking Cap.
