Why does debouncing occurs

You mean "bouncing". First, to not undersample this circuit you have to choose a useful simspeed around 2ms/s cuz the time constant is T=L/R while R is 75Ohm and L 100mH you get about 1.3ms. After 5 times time constant simulation time you will see how numerical noise jumps around the maximum of 3V and cause the virtual destruction of your bulb. Hope this helps.

This too much is in uV and only numerical noise.
