Blue LED is fowards motor direction , red LED is backwards motor direction. Top switch is fowards, 2nd switch is reverse, 3rd is turn right, bottom is turn left.

Ok try to use only 4 or gates and i will build a robot on this concept of adapter

Ok, made it down to 4 gates. I forgot to get rid of the pointless gates.
