Hello friend, anybody can help me. I want to build  this circuit on breadboard. I have tried it with BC547 but not succ............... Plz guide

Use small toroidal transformer with 20+20turns of winding. First connect the LED directly between the transformer output and ground without rectifying. Then if the LED lit up, add the schottky diode and a ceramic capacitor of small value to the output and you're done. Try reversing the secondary coil connection if it doesn't work either.
