Frequency to EN as a Watch Dog for microcontroller etc.

Generate a eg. 1kHz by toggeling a pin from the main loop of a uC and EN somme critical devices with it. When the uC freezes the EN Pin goes low, regardless of the otput pin state. (Square generator)
