Model Train Signalling Circuit

This circuit is copied from a model train website. When you press the inner button the green lLED goes out and the red Lights. Pressing the other button should reset to the green light but the software says no solution.

The diode shown at the bottom right of your schematic was probably meant as a flyback diode for a relay there. ... That diode is a hindrance here ... just snip it out and your schematic works better.... but get rid of that bottom right diode before pressing any buttons, because when EC buttons are involved in a crash, then they often need replacing on EC... just like damaged real buttons.

Thank You. On the layout the buttons will be replaced by read switches that will be activated when a train passes over them.
