Nice, I like two transistor solutions. THD seems to be below 0.05%! One comment on the gain network, 2.2k/220 I would increase it by a factor of ~10. E.g. 22k/2.2k. This would also lower the cap to 100uF for cost and size. The current to drive the output bjt is still high enough. Keep it up please!!

Yes your right about the feedback network, apologies its because the design is borrowed from a full power amp (its only missing the o/p stage) so on the full power amp the feedback network is driven by the o/p stage. Now i need your help, how do you measure the distortion on here? Is there an easy way or does it involve standard practice?
