From a photo of the printed circuit that came with a unit.
Transistors here are standard silicon pnp as everycircuit provides.
I took hfe to 50.  
When fiddling around with the circuit be aware that sometimes the 10uF capacitors take a while to charge, may have to wait to see the waveform.
As transistors are not realistically modelled here, and in any case are taken way out of specified range I wouldn't expect the simulation to nail the waveform of the output. Does show extreme distortion, and the working of the Fuzz pot.
