New Edit to my ON-OFF-12MINtimer

Not exact but i think i got real close. Trying to create a circuit that had 3 push buttons. As it is for and IDLE UP system. 1 for ON. 1 for 12 minutes ON. 1 for OFF. The lamp in this circuit represents a VSV for the idle up system.
The ON button is next to power source, bottom middle is for 12 min, and lower right  that is the OFF button.
