Press on the logic source and the courrent will be alternated "converts the Direct current source into the Alternating current source. ... The function of an inverter is to change a dc input voltage to a symmetric ac output voltage of desired magnitude and frequency."

Shows lots of potential, ; http://everycircuit.com/circuit/6160174200127488

Yeah @BillyT, because mosfets do have a Vgs threshold you have tuned this down to 100mV to drive a high side NMosfet with as little as possible voltage drop. But 100mV is unrealistic low. Its better to have a higher Voltage at gate to drive it. So with realistic 2V Vgsth and 10V gate voltage you can reach the full 5V for the high side mosfet. We have here Mr. High-side-logic-level and his solutions, which is not a solution, but here we have just 5V for the load and drive our mosfets with 10V which gives us a little freedom, as long Mr LogicLevelMosfet keeps silent, lets see if he can.

@BillyT, here a correct high side implementation http://everycircuit.com/circuit/6423612595896320

Yes @hurz, that looks better, I wish that I understood fets a bit better but it's been too many years.

Some one knows what type of mosfet would serve for this circuit?, after the simulation I tried to do it in real life, but I could not find the apropiate mosfet
