The transformer/coupled-inductor operates at 2 MHz, works great for PC200 ferrite material.
The primary winding leakage inductance needs to be at around 125 nH.
The circuit is designed for 3S lithium ion batteries, and therefore the minimum safe discharge voltage is at around 3*3 V = 9 V, which was where the circuit was evaluated at.
Steady state average current draw is at around 4 A.
The switching device should be a GaN FET, and the rectifier should be a SiC diode.
