1200v@300A IGBT "schematic"   can't seem to find much detail on this bastard. 

First "switch" refers to Base. Middle refers to B01, and right-most refers to B02.

Looking for a full datasheet with useful info. Please let me know if you come across anything about this

300A right or 1200V right, but not 1200V @300A or 300A@1200V. Max power dissipation is 100, 200 or maybe 500W ... but you have to bring the heat into the air! 500W at 1200V are a little more then 0.4A. Or at 325V 1.5A! BTW, it looks like a three stage bipolar darlington transistor and not like an IGBT. Anyway, experimenting with them is fun 😁
