Push the button, and the positive side of the capacitors shoots to almost 30v. Holding the button slows the voltage decline after the initial rise. Letting it fall to zero allows it to reach 30v next time the button is pressed. Still very new to this; any ideas?

power dissapation at closed loop. currenta has no where to go except dissapate by heat via resistors. simple fix: diode on the right has to be flipped upside down so you can have the current flowing around, and thus enabling capacitors to hold charge.
