Transistor Vbe's should ideally be matched, the current sources ensure Vbe stays independent of the signal. In theory at least there should be no D.C. offset.
In this version the input is biased to half of the supply voltages, the AC is superimposed on the bias as the output will also be biased on half the supply voltage another capacitor is required at the output to remove the D.C. bias
