Possible circuit for wiring the low battery pin on a powerboost to two leds.
Updated to correct the voltage range from the LBO which is connected to the battery instead of the boosted 5.2v. The bottom left switch output represents the BAT pin and switches from 4.2v (fully charged) to 3v (almost dead). The upper right switch output represents the LBO pin and switches from the BAT pin to ground.
Note: LBO pin switches automatically irl.
