What you've got is a boost converter and not a boost buck Converter. There are many ways in which you can make a boost buck Converter. One obvious way is by connecting a buck Converter in series to a boost converter. The other was is by using a voltage inverter (which gives you a negative voltage whose magnitude is indipendent of the input voltage magnitude) or you can use some other more complex topologies like a 2 switch boost buck Converter or a SEPIC or cuk

Dear friend, this is a boost converter, and not a buck boost converter. A boost buck is a bit more complex.
