Your job is to keep the voltage of the cells(capacitor with resister) balanced.(equal to eachother)
The switch beside each cell can enable the fets to bypass the cell, reducing its voltage.
Any cell voltage shouldn't exceed 4.2 V and below 3.6 V
There are 2 switches that control the charge and discharge fets. Stop or enable them depend on the voltage and the terminal condition.
