thanks @hurz for showing me how to bootstrap the top side drivers! 12V H Bridge for solid state control of a 12V 50W motor, using only N-Channel power MOSFETs on the bridge.
bootstrap comes from the input, changed so both top and bottom get full voltage
next addons:
- overload protection to shut the bridge down when the motor is loaded over 50W
- latched switch motor control to control direction
