The SPDT switch is where 11 position rotary switch would go.  You could pin connect to separate fixed capacitor connections.  The two vertical capacitors is really two gang tuned variable capacitors to cover range you would desire.  All fixed capacitors can be value of your choice or tailored to equipment you service.

Bottom LC circuit simply shows frequency change when different capacitor values above is chosen.
