Essentially maintains power from two toggling logics.  Regulates power to the 2mf capacitor, which would be replaced by a rechargeable battery in a real life scenario, powering the lamp. This is a circuit I started with the intention of having a stereo FM transmitter that only needs to plug into a head phone jack to operate, internally it would have a rechargable battery that keeps the continue and stress off of the sound so the sound circuit playing is uninterrupted notably by the two voltmeter. I put in two switches to non automatic changing logics to play with what happens when it is manual or not at all in either the two. The type of circuit that needs to warm up. lol - nforystek
