Battery protection circuit revision 2. Protects from over and under voltage conditions. Configured for Single Cell Lipo's as built. Set points are changeable via pots, reconfigure voltage divider if you need greatly different set points. Design is a work in progress, comments welcome.

I like this one. Add a secondary voltage source with a diode on the positive terminal and as you raise the batterys charge, charge source current drops like it should and when you drop the battery voltage the the current from charge source goes up. Connect the charge source diode diretly to positive of battery and negative to bottom ground of pots

I added current limiting protection now with the 2 op amps at the bottom. Limits output to 1amp or less as configured. I am having an issue though when I connected the extra AND gate. For some reason with the AND gate connected the bottom left op amp will not go to 0v but instead hovers around 1.5v failing to trigger the AND gate to go low. Does anyone know why this is occurring?

if I disconnect the lower left op amp from the AND gate the behavior is perfect it goes to 0 volts when current exceeds 1amp. Connected though it will not drop below 1.5v
