This is working fine with EveryCircuit. Use default BJTs, dont know why you changed them. Go down to 10ns/s simspeed and remove the single 100nH coil which is just a DC short. One of the caps is also not needed.

This is a negative resistance differential oscillator. The inductor in the center between the two caps is used as a virtual ground. It allows a simpler equation to be calculated for small signal analysis.
