555 50 percent duty

50 % duty cycle circuit.
This circuit is on the datasheet.
But don't work 50% duty and 2kHz.
Why ?
It worked properly in the actual circuit.

NE555 and LMC555 aren't the same behavior , are it?

Thay are not at all the same because the lmc uses the cmos technology
