I = V / R = 4 / 50 = 0.8A = 120mA P = R * I**2 = 50 * 0.8**2 = 32 W We can use resistors above the P-value only. -------- P = 0.125 W V = 4 V R = V**2 / P = 4 / 0.125**2 = 128 Ohm
