I believe you need some random initial conditions, possibly for the capacitor

All you need to do is slow down the simulation speed to 10ns and inject some noise by shaking your device. Give it a try and comment if you have any questions...

Since the components in a simulator are perfect, it starts out in a state of equilibrium. Think of it like a ball perfectly balanced on top of a hill. It just needs a little "push" to start rolling.
