Yeah looks whack doesn't it! Problem is cos LEDs won't illuminate till the upper tenth of it's operating voltage, need to switch em up there by lowering the switching voltage of the XOR gates, but can't set the gates lower than 1v. Hope my babble made more sense than these LEDs
