There are some good starts here, but just to warn you, you'll see some funny things if you try to actually use the CMOS one. It's extremely sensitive to output load, even the input of another CMOS gate will change its output a little bit. I had a little adventure last week trying to make it work better by adjusting the transistors, but I failed.

that's the point ekee. I wish I get more knowledge in the future, because i want to adjust the width, capacity etc to make it work in my desired range. I don't know enough about semiconductors :S
