Leds in this app are all configured at 20ma and 2v. In real life they are all configured differently by color, size... In this circuit with Ohms law_ _ _ _ 3.3v(Voltage) - 2v(led volts)= 1.3v ÷ 20ma(led amperage) = 65 ohms. BUT also have to include the internal resistance of the collector and emitter of the transistor. Hope this helps.
