It is possible to convert one flip-flops into another flip-flop with some additional gates or simply doing some extra connection.

NOTE:
1)The circuit on the top is the conversion of JK flip-flop to D flip-flop.
2)The circuit on the bottom is D flip-flop.
VERIFICATION:
The conversion can be verified by applying inputs and checking the corresponding outputs based on truthtable of D flip-flop on both the circuits.
