Watch as the LEDs light in order from Green to Red. This is designed so that at 4 volts, the LED "breaks", the relay triggers and caps the voltage.
Also, by alter the Logic Sources, you can "pause" the capacitor or run it backwards. No changes will be seen after the relay is flipped, or negative voltage from the capacitor.
