Addition Logic Circuit

I've been working this out as a puzzle. I wanted to see how I could implement addition logic using the fewest logic gates. I'm not satisfied that this is the solution, but I'm not researching to find the answer at this time.

This is flawed because 6+6 does not equal C. There is a circuit that can successfully convert 0-F to 0-15 with only 9 gates!
