The majority of the other solutions I have seen use just 1 bjt to create this fuzz effect, and this can inject noise to the output

Using just one BJT could be seen as advantage, right? Anyway, start with your input opamp, you should flip plus and minus terminal to work correctly. Check for this topic here on EC. "Never dirve an opamp with positive feedback only, if you expect linear behavior".
