Moore Finite State Machine to detect Ethernet preamble

Ethernet preamble consists of 56 bits of alternating 1s and 0s. This circuit detects such a pattern and outputs a single clock wide pulse when it is detected. 
It if made of combination of Moore FSM and a counter that is extrenal to FSM.
