You can store almost any amount of energy into a perfect resonator. There is no burning heat at all. Heat will only be there if current flows in a resistor! As long current is traveling around a cap and a perfect coil back and forth its just a way to store/park energy. Exchange your inductor with a transformer and place a resistor at secundary side and draw e.g. 1kW=P=I^2×R --- ♨Keep it up! ♨

The oscillator suffers from the top side NMOS which is not working at all. The MOS is more like a resistor. Keep in mind Ugs must be positive but your driver can give only 10V where your resonator swings at 300V or more. Anyway, MOSFETs are limited in max Ugs and die by e.g. more than 20V.
