Set time by press 4 logic sources at the bottom after time is set press 4 switches that are connected to the 4 sources and finally press the switch connected to the logic train at the bottom left corner. Clock will run to 23:59:59 and reset.

Does it reset to 01:00:00 (1 o’clock) or to the nonexistent 00:00:00 (0 o’clock).

S@jason9. This is a 24 hour clock which will in fact reset to 00:00:00 (midnight). It is the official method of timekeeping in various places, including where I live.
