Capacitor Discharge

When the input AC voltage is turned off, the capacitors are discharged. Once the AC voltage is on again, the FET allows to the capacitors to stay charged. 100k resistor connected to gate pulls the gate up. This keeps the upper capacitor discharging if a load on the lower causes the lower capacitor to reach 0 V first.
