- equivalent simulation of phase shifting transformer to control power flow and improve voltage on receiving end.
- adjust U1 (source with 90deg phase shift) voltage amplitude to adjust power flow on Line 2 (line with 300mH reactance). U1 represents quadrature voltage to adjust the angle. 
- Initially, U1 set to 0V. No angle is introduced to voltage on line 2. Adjustmennt of voltage (6.2 kVp) will introduce angle shift to the voltage on Line 2.
- Observe votlage reading of red waveform . power flow becomes balanced (observe current reading on ammeters prior and after adjustment of quadrature voltage (U1)
