Works over a wide frequency range. For example, 100kHz to 2MHz. You have to wait a long time or play in EC with gatedelay to be able to simulate faster.

You just need an XOR and a delay filter. You have here a low pass filter of second order which takes away all harmonics and left over a DC operating voltage level, but with a small ripple, which is importante to work as frequency doubler. So you even close to not work as doubler you are lucky the gain of a logic gate is high enough to be amplified and the XOR can do its doubling job as you wish. So take away your OpAmp and just use a single first order low pass and it will work much better as frequency doubler.
