12 Hour Binary Clock shows the hours from 1 to 12 in binary and mins from 0 to 59 in binary. When the clock initially is powered it will say zero hours. Press the button to set to the hour, and the clock will then cycle from 1259 to 100 in binary. A red LED is a binary 1 and a green LED is a binary 0.
