Stray capacitances Eliminator for solar PV

Not done would like some help the problem is we have a solar system that keeps running a fault code that there is a ground fault error and we believe it is the Stray capacitance for the positive and negative from the solar to to ground we can receive a few volts with a meter but it quickly dissipates
